Practical Information
We have been obliged to change the site of our conference in order to make way for a conference
for people with special needs.
The conference will now be held at the Couvent des Cordeliers,
a medical research centre of the
Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris 6), situated at
15, rue de l'école de médecine in the 6th arrondissement.
Registration will take place in the "Salle du Conseil des Cordeliers"
from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday July 4 and on Monday from 8 a.m. on.
Follow these directions to get to the Couvent des Cordeliers from airports and
train stations. In order to reach the Salle du Conseil des Cordeliers,
enter the Couvent des Cordeliers at the
main entrance (15, rue de l'école de médecine), turn right
into the corridor, proceed straight ahead to the end of the
cloisters passage, turn left and proceed
straight ahead to staircase C, climb the first set of steps and turn right.
Because of renovation work taking place
at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie, the research group founded by Claude Berge
over thirty years ago (formerly, known as the Equipe Combinatoire, now
Combinatoire et Optimisation),
as well as the
Mathematics Library, are currently located in
the 13th arrondissement at rue du Chevaleret.

Simple cheap accommodation can be found at the
Centre International de Séjour de Paris and also at the
Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris. It is
recommended to reserve rooms as early as possible since hotels are always fully booked in July.
