Combinatorial Geometries and Applications: Oriented Matroids and Matroids

A conference will be held from November 7 to November 11, 2005, at the CIRM (Centre International de Rencontres Mathématiques) at Marseille-Luminy in the south of France. The main subjects of this conference, similar to the ones held at the CIRM in 1991 and 1999, are matroids, oriented matroids and related topics.
